We took Evie and Collin’s engagement photos in the winter wonderland of Shaver Lake, California. Their shoot was beautiful and adventurous as we did our best to keep warm and dry, and we were thrilled that the forest-scape was blanketed in snow.

Because we live so close to Yosemite National Park, it makes it easy to take a quick trip there for some incredible couple photos. The valley and the highlands have such amazing landmark spots for shooting beautiful portraits, and we’re so fond of the experience of shooting in this area.

We took a trip to the bay area in California to shoot Aubrey’s senior portraits. We shot these portrait family photos in the family home and backyard of the Anderson family. We visited them around sunset, and made our way into their backyard to capture stunning family photos in the golden summer light.

In Salem, Oregon, we shot senior portraits for Trinity, a classical pianists who wanted to capture her passion in her photos. We took photos of her sitting in front of her grand piano as she played beautiful  music, and we ventured outside to take more dreamy portraits in the autumn sunlight.

We took a quick trip to the Lewis Creek Trail, just north of Oakhurst, California on the way up to Yosemite National Park to capture individual portraits for Emily in the early morning sunlight. We visited Corlieu Falls, and Emily was able to bring her tea party props to capture a vibe unique to her personality.
